The first session is FREE, it is a workout designed to get to know your trainer, and for your trainer to find out what your capabilities are and what you hope to achieve. 

 In your first session at Studio One you will spend an initial 10 to 15 minutes filling out a pre-exercise questionnaire and discussing your goals with the Personal trainer. 

The Personal Trainer uses the initial session to find your strengths and weaknesses. You will be taken around the equipment while the trainer assesses your fitness levels and demonstrates the sort of exercises that you will be doing in your future training.

After your first session, the trainer will create a tailored program for you, to achieve the goals you have chosen. 

In ongoing visits, you will be guided through your program, following demonstrations and monitored under close supervision. 

Each visit your workout will be different, to keep you interested and motivated, and to keep up with your fitness levels as they evolve.
Through consistent visits and if you put in the effort, you will see the results!
